Two or three weeks prior to your celebration, you will receive a call from your DJ. He or she will be interested to find out how your evening plans are developing and is available for an in-depth telephone-briefing.
Let him/her know any music requests which you may not yet have provided on your music request form. Let your DJ know what level of participation you would like him/her to exhibit.
Of course, a personal meeting is also doable (preferrably meeting at the halfway point between DJ and yourself). But, considering the straightforwardness of our equipment and the experience of our DJs, a meeting or even an on-site visit is seldom required. For the most part, we are already quite familiar with the locations.
