How long will my DJ be available at the night of my party?
That is fully up to you. Your DJ booking includes the amount of five hours playing time. A DJ booking means "open end". So, your DJ plays your music as you long as you want.
How does the payment work?
As a private customer you usually receive a prepayment-invoice with a partial amount of the booking flat rate. This amount has to be paid three weeks before the celebration. If our back office asks you to pay 100% of the charge in cash to our DJ then this happens because of an internal positive balance of the DJ at the agency. But if you wish so, we can still send you a prepayment-invoice.
As a business customer or a steady customer you receive an invoice which has to be paid after the event.
How much space does the Mobile Disco need?
Our highly efficient Mobile Discos are very compact and modular. Normally, the DJ needs an area of about two by two metres to set up his sound system. Special arrangements, e.g. an even more space-saving set up near the bar is possible as well.
What kind of outfit does my DJ wear at my event?
Your DJ will show up at your event wearing appropriate clothes. For a wedding DJ the dress code is clear: a chic suit. If you want to you may inform your DJ already during your preliminary talk about the dress code.
When do the set up and tear down of the Mobile Disco happen?
Your DJ will set up the Mobile Disco right in time, which means about an hour before the "music-start" which you put down on the event form. Willingly, your DJ sets up the sound system earlier. Every hour the DJ has to start earlier will be charged with 30,00 pounds.
The tear down of the Mobile Disco happens straight after the end of your celebration.
Will my DJ pause while DJ'ing?
No, your DJ plays non-stop. That is a clear advantage towards bands that usually have to pause several times. Especially when the mood is at climax, this should not be interrupted by a pause. The DJ provides you with non-stop music at your celebration.
Can my DJ host the party?
Yes, for sure! If you wish to, your DJ will host your event or he only hosts one item on the programme, e.g. the wedding games. You may discuss your exact ideas with your DJ during your preliminary talk. What is important is that you tell us about your wish for moderation already with the booking on the event form. Then we can allocate a DJ who is specialised in that.
