How long before the party does my DJ get in contact with me?
Your Wedding or Party DJ will contact you via telephone about two or three weeks before your celebration to discuss all the details with you. Talk about your preferred music and songs and the desired processing of the night. Please let the DJ know about the desired level of moderation as well, so he or her can prepare for the night.
Can I meet my DJ before the party?
If you wish so, it is possible to arrange a personal meeting with your DJ beforehand. For a personal, not via telephone, meeting you have to expect further expenses. Basically, the talk via telephone is sufficient to discuss everything with your DJ. Due to our adjustable equipment and our experienced DJs a meeting or on-site visit is hardly necessary. Usually, our DJs know the locations of their region very well. Please have a detailed phone conversation with your DJ. But we willingly offer you a personal meeting.
How long does it take the DJ to set up sound and light system (Mobile Disco)?
The amount of time depends in the size of the event and the location. Usually, it takes the DJ from an half hour to an hour to set it all up.
How does my DJ learn about my preferred songs?
Your desired music and songs are very important to us. Therefore we offer you three possibilities to let us know about them.
- Music request form
Do you want background music at dinner? What kind of music do you want the DJ to play? These are questions which you can answer easily with our music-wish-form. There is space for song titles as well. Besides that you chose the level of animation by the DJ.
- Song Selector
Our Song Selector enables you to set up your personal playlist online. The songs can be selected by interpreter, title or category. You only have to click on your favourite title. Your list will be passed on to the DJ.
- Preliminary phonecall
Your DJ calls you about two or three weeks before your celebration. Usually, he already has your music request form or your playlist from the song selector and knows about your favourite music. But you will go through your wishes again. Here, it is possible to tell the DJ about special wishes, e.g. that you want him to play "your song" at midnight.
Could you organise a karaoke show for me?
Yes, we do. With your DJ booking you can rent a karaoke machine as well. With your or the caterer's help the DJ makes sure that the projection is possible and organises the process of the karaoke show. Very important: Please order the karaoke machine at least two weeks before your celebration.
