How long before the event should I book my DJ?
That's fairly easy. You only have to contact us via one of the following possibilities:
- via contact form.
- via hotline. We are available from Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. - You can easily demand a free Call Back.
- You might as well send us an e-mail with information about date and location of your event.
You will receive a nonbinding and individual DJ offer promptly.
How do I get a nonbinding offer?
As a nationwide operating DJ Agency we can always provide you with a DJ, even last-minute.
Despite that: The earlier you make your booking, the better. Especially the fees for the journey tend to be less when the booking is made early. For special dates, e.g. the 08.08.2008 or New Year's Eve, we recommend to book at least two month ahead. But don't worry! Usually, up to the last moment we have a professional DJ for you.
How can I book my DJ bindingly?
For a binding booking please fill in our event form and our music request form (optional). Both forms are attached to your offer but may also be downloaded here.
Please send both forms
- via E-Mail to uk@misterbeat.com
- via Fax to 0208 181 4607
- or by mail to Mister Beat Mobile DJs, 22 Tavistock Avenue, Perivale, Greenford, Middlesex, UB6 8AJ
You will promptly receive a booking confirmation.
Is my DJ really a professional?
We only place DJs with experience and niveau. Our wedding or party DJs work at about 20 to 30 events every year. They know exactly how to support the atmosphere and to fulfil the customer's wishes. It is out of question that you book an inexperienced DJ with us. Our DJs have to do a theoretical and practical training. Until a "new" DJ gets his own job he has to attend several events in helping out a professional DJ. Mister Beat only lets professionals do the job behind the turntables.
What exactly is part of the booking with Mister Beat?
The scope of the services of a standard Mister Beat DJ booking is
- a professional DJ for the amount of four hours playing time
- a DJ booking means "open end". So, you can extend as long as you want.
- a sound- and a light system (Mobile Disco)
- a wireless microphone and a cable microphone
- a preliminary talk with your DJ via telephone
- setting up and tearing down of the Mobile Disco is free of charge
- 24 hours emergency service
How much does a Mister Beat booking cost?
A DJ booking including sound- and light system (Mobile Disco) costs from 250,00 pounds onwards. What counts is always the price of your individual offer. This flat rate includes a playing time of four hours. Every additional hour usually is charged with 50,00 pounds. Where necessary, an additional fee for the DJ's journey from 20,00 to 60,00 pounds will be charged.
The exact costs for your party will be willingly calculated by our assistants in an individual and nonbinding offer.
We need a DJ but we do have a sound system.
Yes, that also is a possibility. In this case you only have to book the Wedding DJ or the Party DJ for at least five hours. You will get a special offer for a DJ Booking without a Mobile Disco. Of course, the costs will decrease because we do not have to charge for a Mobile Disco.
Do I have to pay for the DJ's journey?
With an early booking the journey is free of charge in the urban areas. In the rural areas and with last-minute-bookings you might have to pay a fee of 20,00 to 60,00 pounds.
Can I cancel my DJ booking?
The cancellation of your DJ booking can be done free of charge up to ten days after we received the booking.
If the date changes, the costs for the cancellation will be treated separately.
Do you have any further questions?
